In 1974, when A. H. HIRSCH first imagined his now legendary bourbon, he set the gold standard for thoughtful American whiskey. Today, HIRSCH continues to pursue whiskey as an explorer might consider uncharted territory. The Horizon…usually $45 per bottle, tonight $40

THE HORIZON combines two straight bourbons distilled in Lawrenceburg, IN and bottled at 92 proof without chill filtration. Each bottle features a grid on the back label with exact batch specifications. The inaugural batch, AHH0320, is made up of two components: 94% of the blend is distilled from a traditional mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley aged 5 years and 4 months; the remaining 6% is distilled from a high-rye mash aged 6 years and 2 months for added complexity.

The Bivouac…usually $55 per bottle, tonight $50

The Bivouac honors those adventurous spirits who are brave enough to take the road less traveled. For its debut, The Bivouac combines two straight bourbons distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky - the world capital of Bourbon. Each bottle features a grid on the back label with exact batch specifications. Our custom mashbill is inspired by A.H. Hirsch Reserve 16-year-old legendary whiskey, providing balance to our make. Bottled at 100 proof with approximately 160 barrels bottled with each batch.

1 oz Maraschino Cherry Liqueur

½ oz Crème de Violette Liqueur

½ Fresh Lemon Juice

Serve up with maraschino cherry garnish
