The Bouvet cellars are housed in ancient tuffeau quarries, creating the perfect environment for aging wine. Bouvet sources its fruit from more than 100 plots in the Loire Valley, obtaining the best quality each harvest through its long-standing relationships with winegrowers. The salmon pink color of this brut rosé is obtained from the red Cabernet Franc grapes with a quick maceration on the skins. Produced in the méthode traditionnelle, this sparkling rosé is aged in the bottle on the lees for 9 to 24 months

Champagne Renard-Barnier is based in Villevenard and has been family owned since the estate was founded in the late 19th Century. The Cuvée Speciale is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier. These two grapes combine their characteristics of weight, and ability to age, with a softer fruit style. Aged for three years on the lees and with plenty of reserve wine in the blend this is a generous and satisfying champagne perfect for parties or as an aperitif.
