The "Mint Perfect" Cocktail

2 oz Silverthorn Bourbon & Rye

½ oz Branca-Menta Amaro

½ oz Vermouth Blanc

2 dashes orange bitters

Orange peel garnish

Add all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. 

Rub orange twist over the rim of a chilled ‘up’ glass and drop into glass. 

Stir (don’t shake!) ingredients and strain into glass.
