Established in 1856, Comoz was the second-oldest of Chambéry vermouth producers after Dolin and the first to produce in a crystal-clear style. (Dolin preceded with a sweet pale, rather than crystal clear, blanc vermouth.) Introduced in 1881, Comoz Vermouth Blanc expressed Claudius Comoz’s selection of wines, plants, and fruits, many from the hills above Chambéry
Nonino Quintessentia Amaro

Released in 1992 and named after its inventor, 4th generation distiller Benito Nonino, Amaro Nonino is a bitter liqueur. What distinguishes Amaro Nonino from its competitors is the base spirit which is their famed Grappa, an Italian grape-based pomace Brandy.
This Grappa, made from the freshest pomace, is infused with the Nonino family recipe including a large variety of herbs, flowers, barks, and roots - for instance, thyme, bitter orange, gentian root, wormwood, galenga, quassia wood, and saffron. Finally, the Amaro is refined with an aged Nonino Grape Distillate (min 12 months of aging).

Acha’s classically Basque vermouth syncs beautifully with the broader vermouth tradition in Spain, heavily represented in Madrid, Barcelona, and the Basque Country. The botanicals are macerated in aguardiente – produced in a 130 year-old copper pot still – and blended into a neutral Airén wine base. Made in a lighter style than other European red vermouths, the iconic Acha herbal notes are balanced with bright, fresh fruit, including sour cherry jam, plum skin, and dried Mission figs.

Driven by nuanced notes of herbal spice, mint and bitter complexity from gentian root. The result is a refreshingly bittersweet cocktail that’s perfect either as a premeal aperitif or after dinner digestif.

1 oz White Rum
2 oz Comoz Blanc
½ oz Triple Sec
1 Tbsp Grenadine
Add all ingredients together with ice, stir well, strain and serve in an up glass
Afternoon Delight
3 oz Amaro Falso
1 oz Reposado Tequila
½ oz Amaretto
2 dashes orange bitters
Add all ingredients together with ice, shake well, strain and serve in an up glass
Seaplane
2 oz Amaro Nonino
1 oz Bourbon
½ oz Aperol
½ oz lemon juice
Add all ingredients together with ice, shake well, strain and serve in an up glass
Mountain Bike
2 oz Acha Rojo Vermouth
1 oz Gin
½ oz Vodka
2 dashes Olive bitters
Add all ingredients together with ice, shake well, strain and serve in an up glass
