Epoch Reserve Maryland Straight Rye, 100 proof

Epoch Reserve is the flagship expression, the core identity, the face of the Epoch Rye brand. It’s mature (4+ years in barrel). It’s sophisticated. It’s still made in the most painstaking methodology; the same way Rye Whiskey was made in the mid 1800s, when Rye Whiskey was America’s favorite spirit. It is a near extinct spirit brought back to life in its historic home: Maryland.

Baltimore 1904 Apple Brandy Liqueur, 80 proof

1904 is an indulgent liqueur worthy of neat sipping or adding to your cocktailing color palette. First, a base of house made Apple Brandy is distilled over ginger, coriander, and orange peel. The resulting infused spirit is proofed down and sweetened with raw sugar, molasses, and the same apple juice from which the brandy was originally made. The result is a complex, mouth coating liqueur unlike any other.

Baltamaro Vol. 2 Szechuan Amaro, 70 proof
