Spirited Saturday - Beer & Cider Cocktails

So take your Tequila, your lime juice, your triple sec and add some Corona (or Modelo or Pacifico). It's delicious and refreshing!

• 2 ounces tequila

• 3/4 ounce triple sec

• 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed

• 4 ounces Corona Especial beer

Combine the tequila, triple sec and lime juice, shake will, stain over ice, top with beer

Mule-ish

The key to a great Mule is ginger beer and citrus (not the copper mug). In this drink, rye whiskey lends a spice and depth that play well with the ginger and lemon, while a splash of wheat beer ties the citrus and spice elements together, giving the whole shebang a refreshing fizz.

• 1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey

• 3/4 ounce ginger beer

• 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

• 1 ounce wheat beer

Combine all ingredients and stir. Serve over ice

Apples and Oranges

Right, so as we know, if it's ‘apples and oranges’, the two things are not the same. But that doesn’t they don’t play well together.

• 2 ounces Apple Cider

• 1 ounce Rum Curacao

• 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

• 1 ounce Sweet Tea Syrup

Combine all ingredients and stir. Serve over ice
