North & South

3 oz Rye

¾ oz Orange Liqueur

2 dashes Peychaud bitters

Splash tonic water

Combine rye, orange liqueur & bitters with ice, stir well. Strain over ice into Collins glass with ice, top with tonic water.

Tennessee Waltz

3 oz Tennessee Bourbon

1 oz Cardamaro Amaro

½ oz Lemon Juice

2 dashes peach bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice, stir well, strain into ‘up’ glass
