Reservoir Distillery Cask Experience Cognac Finished

Reservoir Cask Experience Cognac Finish is a one-of-a-kind collaboration with the artisanal cognac house of François Voyer. The expression consists of hand-selected fully matured rye and wheat whiskies that were finished for five months in a 400-liter Limousin barrel, acquiring fine cognac notes. The nose brings aromas of orange zest, honey and light vanilla. On the palate, spicy layers of nutmeg and ground cinnamon mingle with peach, apricot and a hint of hibiscus. The finish has a balanced mix of citrus, floral, cracked pepper and oak.

Lagavulin Islay Single Malt Scotch, Offerman Edition #4

This special edition, a collaboration between the iconic Islay distillery and renowned enthusiast Nick Offerman, is a bold testament to the art of whisky making, combining the intense, smoky flavors of Lagavulin with the sweet, exotic notes of Caribbean rum.

The journey begins with a nose of sweet smoke, seamlessly blending into rich flavors of dried fruit, vanilla, and sugarcane, courtesy of its unique rum cask finish. Hillrock Estate Single Malt Spirit Shop Edition #1

This 5 1/2-year-old American single malt whiskey is aged in new charred American oak barrels, before being transferred to barrels which previously held Hillrock bourbon. Finally, it is finished in a combination of ex-Olorosso and Pedro Ximenez barrels before bottling at 92.8 proof. 

The award-winning Field-to-Glass® artisanal whiskey exhibits the Estate's signature terroir of cinnamon and clove, layered with caramel and vanilla. Expressions smoked with imported Speyside Scotland peat exhibit a complex, lingering smokiness with notes of tobacco, leather and campfire

Milam & Greene Barrel Selection Edition #1 2024

We selected a 4 1/2-year-old Tennessee Bourbon, blended and aged by Milam & Green in Blanco, Texas. Coming in at a whopping 123.4 ABV, it's a blend of 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley, this was bottled from a single 53-gallon barrel and there are no more than 190 bottles of this particular Bourbon in the world!
