A marriage of casks from different climates, ages, and distilleries, brought together and Texified in their Blanco rickhouses. This release is a blend of 49 barrels including 9 & 10 year old Kentucky bourbons which are used as the backbone. In addition, a 4-year-old Texas malted-rye bourbon is added for sweetness. Some Tennessee bourbon is also part of the mix, to provide vanilla and balance. This is yet another delicious whiskey from Milam & Greene! Due to its complexity, it is definitely one to be savored. Port Finished Straight Rye, 94 proof

Indiana Rye whiskey is brought to Texas where we batch it in our warehouse and finish it in old Port Wine Casks. The Texan sun influences the rate and strength of flavor imparted into the whiskey. Some casks take longer than others. The team tastes the whiskey finishing in the Port Wine Casks regularly until the optimal flavors are achieved. Casks are then batched together, tested regularly and proofed before bottling.

2 oz Provisions Bourbon

1 oz Sparkling wine

½ oz lemon juice

1 dash Peychaud bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice, stir well. Strain over ice into Collins glass with ice

Texas Hold ‘em

3 oz Provisions Bourbon

1 oz Chinato Amaro

½ oz Maraschino cherry liqueur

2 dashes Aztec Chocolate bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice, stir well, strain into ‘up’ glass
