Bounty Rum is produced by St. Lucia Distillers which is located in the scenically beautiful and agriculturally rich valley of Roseau on the Caribbean island of St Lucia. This Premium White is clean with a silky mouthfeel, making it an ideal mixing rum. It has been aged for two years in oak, giving it soft tannins from the wood before being carbon filtered to remove the color extracted from the oak.

An elegant multi-award winning rum, El Dorado 12 Year Old typifies the smooth mellow sweetness of Demerara Rums .A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks. Lush tropical fruit and spice nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. Round, mellow, full bodied palate with rich flavours of fruit and spice. The finish is delightful, elegant and dry.

Island Morning

2 oz Bounty White Rum

1 oz Orgeat Syrup

2 oz Cold Press Coffee

1 dash Chocolate bitters

Add all ingredients together, stir, and serve in over ice in a collins glass

Devils & Dragons

3 oz Scarlet Ibis Rum

1 oz Vicario Dragoncello Liqueur

½ oz lemon juice

2 dashes Peychaud bitters 

Add all ingredients together, shake well, strain and serve in an up glass
