C. Comoz Vermouth de Chambery Blanc

Established in 1856, Comoz was the second-oldest of Chambéry vermouth producers after Dolin, and was the first to produce in a crystal-clear style. (Dolin preceded with a sweet pale, rather than crystal clear, blanc vermouth.) Introduced in 1881, Comoz Vermouth Blanc expressed Claudius Comoz’s selection of wines, plants and fruits, many of which come from the hills above Chambéry.

Lillet Rouge

Lillet has been made in the petit village of Podensac in the heart of the Bordeaux region. Lovingly crafted by a team of just 10 people, the closely guarded recipe for our iconic apéritifs is as much an art as it is science. Lillet Rouge is their very own lady in red, with rich, deep color and a flavor profile that is robust and pronounced for a full-on fruity refreshing taste sensation

Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Bianco

The Bordiga distillery was founded in 1888 by Pietro Bordiga, a passionate bartender and herbalist, who was living in the northern Italian city of Torino (Turin) at the foot of the Alps. Torino was, and still is home to a thriving cafe and theater culture and is also the birthplace of Vermouth di Torino. This classic vermouth type is based on Piedmontese white wines, including Moscato and Cortese, and infused with a wide range of different botanicals, many of them grown in the Occitan Alps near the winery. The flavor of this vermouth is complex and vivid, with an excellent balance of sweetness and bitterness. Some vermouths taste strongly of a single botanical, but the interplay of components here is distinctive and delicious. We drink it with a splash of soda water as an aperitivo, and you should too

Punt e Mes Aperitivo Originale

Punt e Mes is the Piedmontese translation of “one and a half” and owes its name to the perfect equilibrium between sweet and bitter, thanks to a well-balanced dosage of vermouth (one part) and chinona (half a dose). Well-known all over the world, Punt e Mes is the quintessential ready to drink Italian aperitif, able to transform any time of the day into a YES appointment for enjoying in company!

Lustau Vermut Blanco

Based on two classic Jerez wines: Fino Sherry and Moscatel, this Blanco attempts to marry a dry, crisp, mineral flavor profile with sweet, floral notes. An incredibly complex bouquet, Lustau Vermut have infused this delight with chamomile, gentian, marjoram, orange peel, rosemary and wormwood

Atxa Vino Vermouth Amurrio

Initially founded in 1831 by Paúl Pomes in the city of Bilbao, Manuel Acha later joined the enterprise to manage the distillery. In 1880, the two men expanded to a larger building in the town of Amurrio. Paúl Pomes soon retired and sold his portion of the business to Manuel Acha. Destilerías Acha has been owned by the Acha family since 1886 and is led today by the savvy and charismatic Gabriel Acha, who is steeped in Basque cocktail and culinary culture. A beautiful red vermouth for lighter spirits, Acha Rojo is great with gin in a Martinez, with herbal liqueurs, blanco tequila, sherry, and Jacoulot L’Authentique Marc. When in doubt, serve on tap with a splash of soda water and green olives for a classic Vermouth hour, or “La Hora del Vermut”.
