This American single malt is a beautiful showcase of the artistry of whiskey-making. Complex & interesting, aged first in new charred American oak, then transferred into ex-Hillrock bourbon barrels, & finally finished in ex-Olorosso and Pedro Ximenez barrels, this special release is as intriguing as it is approachable, kind of like us.

½ oz Dewars Blemded Scotch Whiskey

½ oz Montenegro Amaro

Stir with ice & serve on the rocks in a rocks glass

The Perfect Manhattan: 

2 oz Far North Muskateer Single Varietal Rye

½ oz Dry Vermouth

½ oz Sweet Vermouth

Stir with ice, strain & serve in an ‘up’ glass

Gossip Girl: 

1 oz Nearest Green Tennessee Whiskey

½ oz Green Chartreuse

½ oz Dry Vermouth

2 dashes Angostura bitters
