Bordiga Occitan Gin

Cuneo, Italy

Regular price: $39

Sale price: $35

A classic juniper lift, with a fragrant nose cut with cardamom, distinct orange, and lemon rind notes. At once classic and distinctively individual, with the purity and intensity of the botanicals giving this gin remarkable cut and clarity. A great mixing gin, but also one with the detail and finesse to justify a martini

Bordiga Monasticus Centum Herbis

Cuneo, Italy

Regular price: $45

Sale price: $40

This historic alpine recipe has been produced by Bordiga since its start in 1888. ‘Centum Herbis’ means ‘100 Herbs’ in Latin, and this is Bordiga’s version of a mixed herbal liqueur, a drink that is found on both sides of the Piedmontese Alps. Although this contains a hint of the classic local bitter herbs gentian and wormwood, this is not an amaro. While mint is the leading ingredient, this is a very complex combination of flavors. Peppermint and eucalyptus give the mentholated taste, genepy gives an exclusive herbal and floral sensation, the gentian and cinchona give the bitterness.

Bordiga St. Hubertus Riserva Amaro

Cuneo, Italy

Regular price: $55

Sale price: $49

The darkest, most bitter and the most interesting and least sweet by far of the entire range, this aged style is still well balanced and again leans towards the minty spectrum but with plenty of other notes to complement it and round it out. A slightly bracing, beautiful amaro.
