Inspired by tropical destinations, and a little aloha, this blend will transport you to the ideal tropical paradise. Combines Soothing Guava, Bright Citrus, and Spiced Pineapple.

South by Southside

1 ½ oz Pineapple Rum

3 oz Cane Southside

½ oz Pineapple gum syrup

1 tsp Liquid smoke

Combine all ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into collins glass and serve over ice

Some like it Hot

2 oz Smith & Cross Navy Strength Rum

2 oz Cane Guava Tiki Punch

1 oz lime juice

2 dashes Hellfire Shrub

Combine all ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into collins glass and serve over ice
