Vermouth Lacuesta Blanco Extra Seco, Rioja
Special price: $24 (Regularly $30)
This legendary vermouth from Haro stands as the only one produced in Rioja's historic capital.
Nearly transparent, this vermut opens with a crisp, acidic zip. The bouquet delivers subtle floral notes of chamomile and mint layered over gentle vanilla sweetness. On the palate, it is sharp and beautifully balanced with hints of cinnamon, ginger, licorice, and lemon, leading to a finish defined by the expressive, aromatic presence of artemisia.
Destilerías Acha Vino Vermouth Blanco, Basque Country
Special price: $24 (Regularly $29)
Acha Blanco features a highly distinctive character, blending vibrant floral elements like honeysuckle and elderflower with a signature green herbal bitterness. It wraps up with a unique, familiar hint of Bazooka bubblegum. This Basque white vermouth makes an exceptional partner for bright, citrusy gins (perfect with Suze in a White Negroni), as well as blanco tequila, vodka, Green Chartreuse, Luxardo maraschino, fino sherry, and Do Ferreiro Orujo.
Lustau Vermut Rosé, Jerez
Special price: $25 (Regularly $32)
A trio of exceptional Lustau wines serves as the foundation for this smooth, elegant vermouth: a bone-dry Fino, a sweet white Moscatel, and a splash of Tintilla de Rota for its signature rosy hue. An expert infusion of 10 botanicals yields a flawless balance, highlighting delicate floral aromas and notes of wild strawberry.
Lustau Vermut Rojo, Jerez
Special price: $25 (Regularly $32)
Constructed from a dry, nutty Amontillado and an intense, velvety sweet Pedro Ximénez, this vermouth is aged via the traditional “Solera y Criaderas” process. With 10 carefully chosen botanicals steeped individually, Lustau Vermut Rojo strikes a superb balance that allows its premium base wines to shine. Celebrated globally for its outstanding quality, its rich, flavorful, and gently sweet character truly sets it apart.
Cueva Nueva Vermut, Valencia
Special price: $24 (Regularly $29)
If you have ever surveyed a garden and thought it needed way more variety, Cueva Nueva is right there with you. This ambitious bottle from Valencia squeezes an incredible 88 botanicals into a base of Airén and Garnacha Blanca. Packed with enough greenery to puzzle a botanist alongside bright orange and wormwood notes, it is a refreshingly intricate overachiever. While it can hold its own alongside other ingredients in a Negroni, it really does not need to—it is best enjoyed entirely on its own over ice, garnished with an orange slice and an olive.
