Hands Down

1 ½ oz Bourbon

¾ oz Maraschino cherry liqueur

¾ oz Vermouth Rouge

2 dashes Aztec Chocolate bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice and stir until well chilled.

 Strain into ‘up’ glass and garnish with brandied cherry

Orange & Black

1 ½ oz Rye

¾ oz Punt e Mes

¼ oz Orange Liqueur

2 dashes Peychaud bitters
