Oh Oui! Frizzante is the non-alcoholic re-fermented wine from Château Bonnet. An alcohol-free alternative obtained without resorting to energy-intensive techniques such as reverse osmosis or vacuum distillation. Only an early harvest and an infusion of carbon dioxide result in a light, lively and refined sparkling wine with fresh notes of grape juice and citrus fruits.

Terroirs of clay-limestone soils and siliceous-clay pebbles

Each grape variety and terroirs of this alcohol-free cuvée are vinified separately with the same level of requirement as for a classic wine. The blend is then dealcoholized by vacuum evaporation, the gentlest technique to preserve the unique character of the wine.

The balance found during the vinification process makes it possible to offer one of the least sweet alcohol-free wines on the market.
