2 oz Reposado Tequila

1/2-ounce Lillet blanc

1/2-ounce Genepy liqueur

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice, 

stir well and strain into an ‘up’ glass

1 oz Cachaca 

1/2-ounce Fontbonne Herbal liqueur

2-ounce Cucumber Sparkling Tonic water

2 dashes grapefruit bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice, 

stir well and strain into a collins glass over ice

3 oz James American Mustard Gin 

1 ounce Kanade Peach liqueur

2 dashes fire tincture bitters
