WhistlePig Declaration Wheat Whiskey, 86 proof

Built on a high wheat mashbill of 100% American grain, it leans fully into wheat's naturally softer, more approachable character. It’s four-year-old Green River Kentucky Straight Bourbon that has been finished with a custom blend of locally sourced honey. 1792 Full Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon, 125 proof
Regular price: $60 per bottle
Sale price: $53 per bottle
Strong and full of flavor, this bold bourbon boasts an incredible deep and smoky taste, superbly balanced with sweet vanilla and notes of caramel. Bottled at its original 125 barrel entry proof, just as it was years ago when the barrels were first filled, 1792 Full Proof Bourbon is exceptionally distinct.
Barrel Batch #37 Straight Bourbon, 111.38 proof
Regular price: $89 per bottle
Sale price: $79 per bottle
Barrell Batch 037, like most Barrell batches in years past, exemplifies just how well the company is at blending whiskeys from various distilleries located in different states together. The sip comes across as well-integrated, starting with a nose that is sweet and intriguing, followed by a midpoint that carries over the sweetness but showcases its rye component nicely, all while delivering a creamy mouthfeel at the same time
Booker’s 2026-1 ‘Big Easy Batch’ Kentucky Straight Bourbon, 129.1 proof
Regular price: $105 per bottle
Sale price: $90 per bottle
A hearty swirl of the glass awakens a surprising amount of red fruit in the bourbon’s aroma. Confectionery sweets follow and are capped off with ground scents of chestnut, baking spices, and clove. It’s a great start. The palate is the bourbon’s most straightforward part, with raisin dominating, followed by chocolate-covered cherry, warm, nutty hazelnut, and the juicy sweet-tart flavor of plum. The finish is much like previous batches and is quite complex
