Salad: Light and refreshing, as any good salad should be.

2 oz. Citadel Pickle Gin

½ oz. Lime Juice

Fever Tree Sparkling Cucumber

Shake gin & lime juice together, pour over ice, & top with sparkling water

Roasted Corn: Elote style, smoky and warm.

1 oz. Abasola Mexican Corn Whiskey

1 oz. Nixta Corn Liqueur

½ oz. Ancho Chile Liqueur

½ oz. Lemon Juice

Shake with ice & serve up

The Main Event: Smoky barbecue, of course-with a little seasonal twist.

1 oz. Black Pitts Peated Irish Whiskey

1 oz. Peach Liqueur

¼ Lemon Juice

5 dashes Peach Bitters

1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters

Stir & serve over ice

Something Sweet: A rich summer berry cobbler to finish everything off.

1.5 oz. Goslings Dark Rum

1 oz. Chambord

¼ oz. Lemon Juice 

2 dashes Cherry Bitters

1 dash Molasses Bitters 

Shake with ice & serve up
