Blind Bourbon Tasting is a unique way to experience the flavors and aromas of bourbon without any preconceived notions. It involves tasting bourbon without knowing the brand or any other identifying information. This allows the taster to focus solely on the taste buds and the sensory experience. It's like going on a blind date with bourbon!

6 Bourbons…all Kentucky…none sourced. Which do you prefer?

Cocktail - Sweet Tea Southside

2 oz Bourbon

1 oz sweet tea syrup

1 oz Lindsay's Southside

2 oz club soda

Combine Bourbon, Tea syrup & southside, stir and pour over ice. Add Club soda, Garnish with lemon peel
