Crafted in Baltimore, CAnE Cocktail Mixers offer a flavor-focused collection of artisanal, non-alcoholic blends that simplify the home cocktail experience. The company was established by Ezra Allen, Aaron Joseph, and Clinton Jackson Alexander—three hospitality industry experts who named the brand CAnE Collective after their initials. They are dedicated to improving home mixology through the use of premium, seasonal components and expert techniques.

South by Southside

1 ½ oz Pineapple Rum

3 oz Cane Southside

½ oz Pineapple gum syrup

1 tsp Liquid smoke

Combine all ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into collins glass and serve over ice

Some like it Hot

2 oz Smith & Cross Navy Strength Rum

2 oz Cane Guava Tiki Punch

1 oz lime juice

2 dashes Hellfire Shrub

Combine all ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into collins glass and serve over ice
