Pistachio Old Fashioned

2 oz Rye

1 oz Creme de Pistachio

1/2 oz dry vermouth

dash orange bitters

Shake well and serve in an 'up' glass with orange peel garnish

Nutty Irishman

1 oz Irish whiskey

1/2 oz Creme de Noyeaux

1/2 oz coffee liqueur

3 oz hot black coffee

top with whipped cream
