1 oz Chai Syrup

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

2 dashes black walnut bitters

Good & Plenty (pair with milk chocolate & berries)

2 oz Dark rum

1 oz Triple Sec

1/2 oz anise liqueur

1 dash orange bitters

Gin & Ginger (pair with white chocolate & citrus)

2 oz Botanical gin

1 oz Lillet Blanc

1/2 oz Ginger-lime simple syrup

1 dash yuzu bitters

The S(ide)carlet Letter (pair with bittersweet chocolate)

2 oz French Brandy

1 oz Cherry liqueur

1/2 oz Creme de Violet liqueur

1 dash lemon bitters
