Our innovative process utilizes spinning cone technology and very low temperature Vacuum Distillation to carefully remove alcohol while preserving the delicate aromas and flavors of the Skin Contact White Wine. “Orange” wine, or Skin Contact, offers an idealistic base for this process as it holds the liveliness and structure in the palate and allows us to have the purest form of N/A wine possible without additves. By distilling at low temperatures under reduced pressure, we separate the alcohol from the wine, capturing and reintegrating its essence to maintain the wine’s character.
