HM Borges Reserva Seco Madeira

Woody and complex aroma, distinct and harmonious. On the palate it presents as a round wine, notes of iodine and dried fruits. Harmonious acidity and body with a distinct aftertaste. Excellent aperitif, to accompany a selection of cheeses, starters based on smoked salmon.

Madeira Spritz

• 1 1/2 ounce Bassano Brut

• 1 ounces Dry Madeira

• ½ ounce club soda

• 1 Dash lemon bitters

• Add ingredients and stir

• Garnish: lemon peel

Blandy’s Rainwater Madeira

Rainwater is medium dry pale Madeira that is delicious taken chilled before meals but also goes well with dessert. Its elegant and refined bouquet has made it a universal favorite.

Rainwater Martini

• 2 ounce London Dry Gin

• 1/2 ounce Rainwater Madeira

• 1 Dash orange bitters

• Garnish: orange peel
