DETTLING® SMALL BATCH, STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY

The first and only Straight Bourbon Whiskey made in Alabama. Aged at least 2 years in new American Oak #3 char barrels, which produces an approachable mature whiskey. This whiskey is intended to be for everyone, every day. Smooth and delicious, it is easy to enjoy neat or with your favorite bourbon cocktail.

DETTLING® PLATINUM

Intended by the distiller to highlight flavors and aromas that simply can not survive the barrel, this seasonal whiskey expression is always something special. Each limited release will be an entirely new whiskey.

DETTLING® SINGLE BARREL CASK STRENGTH, STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY

Aged at least 4 years in new American Oak #3 char barrels, these barrels are hand picked by Seth Dettling for extended aging. These barrels tend to come from the upper portions of the rickhouse, which experience the greatest temperatures. The extreme dark color and richness of the whiskey shows the potential for bourbon aged in our climate.
