Whiskey Wednesday - Winter Whiskey Cocktails

Mad about you

Think of this as a new world meets old world cocktail, with the Madeira adding depth to the bourbon and the lemon brightening up the whole concoction. No additional sweetness required. 

• 2 ounces bourbon

• 1 ounce Madeira Secco

• ½ oz fresh lemon juice

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Little Italy

Little Italy was once thought to be edgy and exotic. This cocktail brings that edginess back, in a 1950s kind of way.  

• 2 ounces American whiskey

• 1 oz Cynar liqueur

• 1 oz Italian Vermouth Rosso

• 2 dashes tobacco bitters 

• Garlic stuffed olive garnish

Bread & Chocolate

Although built with all-American ingredients, this cocktail brings a forward a hint of an Old Vienna coffee house with its combination of savory and floral with just a touch of sweet

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey

• 1 oz Chicory liqueur

• 1/2 oz Chocolate liqueur

• 2 dashes lavender bitters

• Brandied cherry garnish
