Our much anticipated Colorado Bourbon, aged a minimum of four years in deeply charred new American oak, has just enough spice to get your attention, with hints of cinnamon, caramel, and honey in the background. Settle in to its complex personality and satisfyingly long finish, and you’ll agree that it was certainly worth the wait

RYE WHISKEY, 90 proof

We’ve poured ourselves into bringing you this straight rye whiskey of uncommon complexity and “damn that’s smooth” taste. Each bottle of our 100% Colorado Rye is crafted in custom CARL stills using locally grown rye from trusted Colorado farms, then gracefully aged a minimum of four years in new American oak. Indeed, this is how you turn rye into gold.

POTATO VODKA MOUNTAIN MULE

2 oz Potato Vodka

4 oz Ginger Beer

1 oz Amaro Cardamaro

½ fresh lime juice

2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters

Shake well, serve over ice
