1 oz Pursuit Spirits Triple Mash Rye

½ oz Tamarindo syrup

½ oz lemon juice

Garnish with lemon peel

1 oz St George Bruto Americano

½ oz Fernet Mente

½ oz Fee Bros Bacon Fat Wash

2 dashes orange bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice, shake well, and strain into an ‘up’ glass

Golden Pearings

2 oz St George Dry Rye Gin

1 oz St George Spiced Pear liqueur

½ oz Licor 43

2 dashes Chamomile Tea bitters
