All Frenched Up

1 ½ oz Whole Hogsworth

½ oz Calvados

½ oz Rancio Sec

½ oz Font Bonne liqueur

Combine all ingredients with ice, stir well, strain into an ‘up’ glass

1 ½ oz Matchstick Bourbon

1 oz R. Jelinek Fernet

½ oz Grand Marnier liqueur

2 dashes olive bitters
