2 oz Iwai Japanese Style Rye Whiskey

2 oz CAnE Chai Toddy mixer

½ oz Yuzu liqueur

2 dashes orange bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice, stir well, and strain into an ‘up’ glass

2 oz CAnE Cinnamon Cider Punch

1 oz High Wire Smoked Jimmy Red Bourbon

½ oz Adriatico Amaretto

3 dashes Aztec Chocolate bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice, stir well, and strain into an ‘up’ glass

Stir it Up

2 oz Planteray Xamaca Dry Rum

1 oz Cardamaro Amaro

½ oz CAnE Fig Old fashioned Syrup

¼ oz lime juice

2 dashes Abbott’s Aromatic bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice, stir well, and strain into an ‘up’ glass
