Thirsty Thursday - 2026 Booker's Bourbon Cocktails

Scarlett O’Hara

1 ½ oz Southern Thunder Batch

1 oz Cardamaro

3 oz Gosling’s Peach Ginger Beer

2 drops orange bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice, stir well, strain into a collins glass over ice

French Quarter

1 oz Big Easy Batch

1 oz Fontbonne Liqueur

½ oz Creme de Cassis

2 dashes Peychaud bitters

Stir well with ice, strain into an ‘up’ glass.
