1 ½ oz Penelope 4 grain Bourbon

1 oz Suze liqueur

½ oz tonic syrup

2 drops Rhubarb bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice, stir well, strain into a rock glass over ice

1 oz Bardstown High Wheat Bourbon

1 oz Rapa Giovanni Fernet Menta

½ oz Aperitivo Mazzuri

2 dashes grapefruit bitters

Stir well with ice, strain into an ‘up’ glass.
