Mars Iwai Tradition Sakura Cask Whisky is a limited-edition blended Japanese whisky that takes the Mars core blend and finishes it for six months in rare Sakura (cherry blossom) casks. This process imparts delicate floral notes and a soft fruitiness to the whisky, making it a unique and sought-after expression. Fruit-led on the nose, with cherry cola, damson, plum, aromatic spices, and coriander seed, plus hints of currant and mixed peel. The texture is light, with flavors of toffee, date, brown sugar, chocolate, cocoa, and malty drinks.
