We selected a 4 1/2-year-old Tennessee Bourbon, blended and aged by Milam & Green in Blanco, Texas. Coming in at a whopping 123.4 ABV, it's a blend of 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley, this was bottled from a single 53-gallon barrel and there are no more than 190 bottles of this particular Bourbon in the world!

Hillrock Estate Single Malt Spirit Shop Edition #1

This 5 1/2-year-old American single malt whiskey is aged in new charred American oak barrels, before being transferred to barrels which previously held Hillrock bourbon. Finally, it is finished in a combination of ex-Olorosso and Pedro Ximenez barrels before bottling at 92.8 proof. 

The award-winning Field-to-Glass® artisanal whiskey exhibits the Estate's signature terroir of cinnamon and clove, layered with caramel and vanilla. Expressions smoked with imported Speyside Scotland peat exhibit a complex, lingering smokiness with notes of tobacco, leather and campfire.
