White Rum & Tonic

A refreshingly simple cocktail that deserves more love is the White Rum & Tonic. It’s a crisp, bubbly twist on the classic G&T, with a tropical edge. We’ll prepare it 3 different ways, with different bitters in each.

Featuring a juicy peach flavor, it's complemented by a subtle bitter almond background. Almond flavor is refined to be allergen-free.

Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Angostura bitters is a concentrated bitters (herbal alcoholic preparation) based on gentian, herbs, and spices, produced by House of Angostura in Trinidad and Tobago. The bitters were first produced in the namesake town of Angostura (now Ciudad Bolívar, Venezuela) but do not contain angostura bark.

Underberg is a digestif bitter produced at Rheinberg in Germany by Underberg AG. It is made from aromatic herbs from 43 countries that undergo inspections and are formulated based on a secret recipe of the Underberg family, whose members are personally responsible for the production of the bitters.

Luxardo Chamomile Bitters

Luxardo Chamomile Bitters, a crafted infusion of chamomile flowers, offers a rich, floral aroma, perfectly balanced by a gentle bitterness and a lingering hint of honey sweetness.

Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters

Ancient Aztecs would celebrate with a bitter beverage made of cacao beans, peppers and spices. The bitters adds dark chocolate notes without the presence of any sweetness
