Lyon White Rum

Lyon White Rum is a rum lover's rum: with aromatic, bright top notes of grassy cane sugar, it captures the herbacious terroir of Belle Rose sugar fields, and finishes with a hint of rich, smoky molasses.

Pairs perfectly with citrus and herbs. Ideal for a classic daquiri or mojito.

Lyon Curacao

We carefully infuse a brilliant selection of botanicals (notably cardamom + clove) plus bitter + sweet orange peel into our signature pot-distilled rum. The result is bolder and spicier than other orange liqueurs, with just a hint of sweetness. LYON Curaçao is your secret weapon for stellar cocktails! Ideal for tiki drinks, divine in a margarita, and perfect when paired with prosecco.

Lyon Dark Rum

Lyon Dark Rum, a version of the same base used in Lyon White Rum, is the most popular spirit of the brand. It consists of an unaged expression that begins as a mixture of molasses and evaporated sugar cane juice. After a double distillation in Kentucky Pot Stills, it is colored and flavored with a batch of spirit caramel. Then, it is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).

This rich and complex rum holds a dark amber color with a sweet and smoky flavor, ideal to mix in classic cocktails and punches or on the rocks.

Lyon Sailors Reserve Rum

Lyon Sailors Reserve Rum is rested in small whisky barrels for a few months, reposado style. The final spirit retains a youthful, grassy character with light vanilla and oak. Delicate, yet strong, it finishes dry with notes of butterscotch.

Lyon Rock & Rum

Lyon Distilling Co. Rock & Rum is the ideal rum old fashioned, developed by co-founder Jaime Windon, and inspired by her love of all things rum. A play on old-school Rock & Rye, this cocktail in a bottle starts as Lyon's signature rum, blended with slightly smoky caramel, infused with orange peels, dark cherries and bitters.

Redwood Empire Grizzly Beast Bottled in Bond Bourbon

This rare bonded straight bourbon whiskey was aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast and bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Each release can only be made from barrels we produced within a six-month time span, giving them true seasonal variance batch over batch. Collectible and one of a kind, these bottled-in-bond batches will never be replicated and are ever-changing. This is the purest expression of Redwood Empire’s craft.

Redwood Empire Rocket Top Bottled in Bond Rye

This rare bonded rye whiskey was bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, the original distillate was altered only by the addition of pure water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. This bonded whiskey is the purest expression of Redwood Empire’s craft. Our three-grain mash bill on Batch 004 lands closer to our original recipes of Batch 001. Of the 5% wheat in the mash bill this batch included some malted wheat in the recipe! This release will showcase both a ton of finesse and depth.
